Initial Naturopathic Consultation
A comprehensive 60 minute session exploring physical and emotional health history.
Includes:
Full case taking covering each body system
Review of current symptoms
Clarification of priorities and health goals
Initial supplement and herbal recommendations where appropriate
Report of Findings 45 minutes
Discussion of test results whether they are GP ordered or requested by myself through consideration of initial consultation work up.
We discuss what the test results mean, how they relate to presentation and how they inform the next steps.
Parent Guidance Sessions
Dedicated sessions for parents who need:
Practical communication tools
Support navigating behavioural challenges
Strategies for anxiety and school resistance
Confidence in setting boundaries
Support for their own nervous systems
These can be standalone or part of The Reconnect Method.
Follow Up Consultations 30 minutes
The first follow up consultation will be a discussion about treatment plan and strategy moving forward, and discuss any testing that may be required.
Ongoing support then follows to adjust treatment plans as needed, review progress and continue support to maintenance stage.

Iridology is the study of your iris, the colour, pigment deposits, fibre structure and locations of anomalies within the fibres. I do not use it as a diagnostic tool, but as another layer of depth to understanding the individual in front of me. A stand alone Iridology consult includes:
